Happy Scrappy Houses

Bring some already cut squares and rectangles and get ready to sew.
Each House will need:
Roof: (1) 2" x 8 rectangle
House: (1) 2" x 8 rectangle, (3) 2"x 3.5 rectangles, and (1) 2" square
Door: (1) 2" x 3.5 rectangle
Window: (1) 2" square. ( something fun, like people, cats, dogs, etc.
Chimneys: (2) 2" squares
Background: (Sky) 5 neutrals 2" squares
Topsy-Turvy triangles for 1 house block: (2) rectangles, 2.5" x 11"
Blocks finish at 7.5" before triangle settings.
Cut up all of those leftover pieces from 2" strips. Charm packs, jelly rolls, fat quarters, fat 8th and scrap yardage. Use Halloween, florals, 30's and or brights. Make your own little neighborhood.
Feel free to control your colors if totally scrappy is too wild for you. There's no rule either that everything has to be scraps. Your fabric can come from your stash and even from a coordinated fabric collection. It's your quilt and you have to like it.
