"Four Patch Fun"
Bonnie Hunter’s Four Patch Fun pattern is FREE at www.quiltville.com under the Free Patterns tab. Everyone will have to print their own copy of pattern for the class. (Author’s requirement to use it in a class.)
www.quiltville.com -> Free Patterns tab -> scroll down to Four Patch Fun. Select it. There is an option for a Printer Friendly version…..select that and print.
Pattern as written uses 2” strips of color and neutral cut into rectangles and squares. Of course, we will also do a strip method. Minimum size for each = 2” x 16”strips of color and neutral.
**** If you would prefer to go bigger (model), use 2 ½” strips of color and neutral. 2 ½” x 20” strips for each will be perfect (i.e.: half WOF)
Feel free to control your colors if totally scrappy is too wild for you. There’s no rule either that everything has to be scraps. Jelly rolls and layer cakes will also work. Need both color and neutral for each block. Precuts make a good start and you can always add coordinating scraps from your stash.
